A Note From Our Founder
I've always believed the right connection can change everything.
Throughout my career, I've often been the person someone calls when they're looking for an introduction, a fresh perspective, a trusted resource, or simply someone who might know the right person.
And I've always loved being that person.
My professional journey has taken me through senior living operations, sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and consulting. I've had the opportunity to work alongside operators, executives, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders, learning that while our roles and experiences may be different, so many of our challenges, ambitions, and opportunities are connected.
Over the years, one thing has become increasingly clear to me: some of the most meaningful opportunities begin with a simple, thoughtful introduction.
Not a networking event where everyone exchanges business cards. Not another online group filled with conversations that never go anywhere. But a genuine connection between people who have something meaningful to learn from, share with, or offer one another.
I've made countless introductions throughout my career, often because I saw a connection between two people before they saw it themselves. Sometimes those introductions led to business opportunities. Other times, they created friendships, mentorships, collaborations, or simply a conversation someone needed at exactly the right moment.
That's what inspired The Fold.
I wanted to create a space where those connections don't have to happen by chance. A community where professionals across industries, backgrounds, and career stages can come together with intention, share their experiences, learn from one another, and build relationships that extend well beyond a single conversation.
Because I believe we all have something to offer, regardless of our title, tenure, or where we are in our professional journey.
The Fold is my way of turning something I've always done naturally into something we can do intentionally, together.
